About the Role

Our client, a leading player in the online gaming and sports entertainment industry, is seeking a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to join their marketing team in Sofia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with solid experience in affiliate management and digital marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
As the Affiliate Manager, you’ll be responsible for expanding, nurturing, and optimizing a strong network of affiliate partners who drive growth for the company’s online casino and sports platform. You’ll work closely with partners on performance improvement, marketing strategy, and data-driven insights, ensuring both compliance and exceptional ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the growth and optimization of the affiliate network: identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates while maintaining strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic, data-driven affiliate campaigns aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance across key metrics and channels.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies across all affiliate activities.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new partnership opportunities.
  • Deliver performance reports and forecasts to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of affiliate platforms, media buying systems, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to interpret complex data to guide decision-making.

Proven success in an affiliate-driven business model, ideally within highly competitive and regulated industries.
