They are now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join their distributed team remotely. This role is ideal for a marketer who combines analytical skills with creative execution, thrives in a flexible environment, and is passionate about delivering impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for medium and large clients.

  • Implement performance and bid optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across multiple markets.

  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to continuously test and improve results.

Stay up-to-date with platform changes, automation tools, and emerging ad trends.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.

  • Proficiency with Google Merchant Center, Facebook Events Manager, and Pixel tracking.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (E-commerce) and data visualization.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and optimization.

  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
